Haha I can see where you're coming from but sometimes roughing it is the only way and it works for me.

I see you like your coffee in that case,I'm normally have a tea in the morning with the odd instant coffee once a week then a de-caff Nespresso on Sunday afternoons after dinner.

But necessary for a calorie controlled diet, I sometimes have sardines on toast for dinner and that's it for the day. It's a token portion but that's just me.

I have not had it for a long time but now I've come back to it, EG is infused with oil of bergamot for a distinctive hint of citrus.

I tried Earl Grey tea once on a cruise ship. With respect to Captain Picard for drinking it regularly, it's a hard pass for me. Irish breakfast blend is my go-to morning warm beverage these days.....
