You are right....I will eat like it's going out of style! But what I typically do is basically deplete myself right before leaving. Then when I get there, everyday the glycogen is re-filling and I actually start looking better and better.

When I get down pretty low in BF.....I can usually go 2-3 weeks of eating like crap before I start seeing an impact.

So I eat what I want on vacation, then when I get home I transition over into more of a reverse diet mode. Bump the calories a little....and have the liberty of 2-3 meals a week of whatever I want...spread out of course!

Uh oh....then you would hate me man! My Quads and Calves grow just by looking at them.

Another crazy thing about them is that when relaxed they looked flexed...and when flexed they "pop". In fact I wished my biceps were the same shape of my flexed calves. They look like softballs.

Not sure....At 5' 7" and 195lbs...you still don't look as big as someone 4+ inches taller and carrying more bodyweight when standing beside them.

I would have gave up some "muscle" genes to have been taller!

All the people I ever knew that had enviable calves, both male and female, had 1000's of miles on bicycle.

That one girl, from Denmark.. . We went to her home and she showed me (on the bus) the route she used to take to school and stuff, in the dead of winter.

Will need to do more of that. I call it active walking I really push off with toes my normal gait doesnt work that way.

Actually......that's pretty much all I do to train them right now since I'm doing so much cardio. Set the treadmill at "5" on the incline, and when I finish they look like I just trained the crap out of them!

Agreed! I always have a mean pump when I'm finished and it's not overly exhausting. Like mentioned above, I do this prior to my workout so not trying to be gassed going in haha. I'll hit the stairmaster or run to follow, double cardio summer for me!

I'm always working out traps 5 days a week from all the scattered booties(women) walking everywhere! You sure it wasn't because of that
