For me, it's reunited me with friends I haven't seen for a while and it's a great tool to keep in touch with people or kill my boredom... I get along with most of my friends just fine, but I do often lose people with political opinions that is getting increasingly hard to keep my mouth shut about.

Ya know what, I'd reorganized meanwhile a bunch of former friends (now ex-friends), because they started to invite or inform at a point just via FB. All ppl who wont use this asocial media were spared out and latest onto meetings or parties they'd determined, that someones was left.
