Bergstrom Enterprise BMW of Appleton, WI certainly is one of the best and while I don’t know the limiting factor they are without a doubt deserving of this recognition. I hope to see them on this list in the near future!

Glad to see Peabody, MA. Their service is excellent. One example of many … I brought my car in one random afternoon around 3pm with a steering noise since I was driving by. No appointment. The foreman rode with me on the spot in 5 minutes, knew what the issue was,said let me grab you a loaner if you want to leave it right now. Replaced a ball joint in the steering column, washed it and called me back at 5pm saying it was all done. Amazing experience!

Anyone in the charlotte area looking at used go see Tim at Hendrick on independence. Most straightforward and honest salesperson I’ve ever worked with.

lol. They’re the worst by far. I’m 1 & 1/2 miles from them and drive to Naperville for service and stuff instead.

Bill Jacob made my last couple leases pretty easy and service dept is top notch. I’m due for another lease in a year so I guess I’ll see if sales service has changed.

Surprised to see BMW of Peabody on this list. Worst car buying experience of my life. Considering my X5 was the nicest and most expensive car I’ve ever bought, I expected a lot more from them.

I am very disappointed my dealer is not listed.

BMW San Antonio has been a perfect partner in my BMW ownership journey!
