Personal hygiene pretty simple, if you can shower twice a day,(once before bed) shampoo, shave, good deodorant, cologne, clean hands and feet including shortened nails. Try to look and smell good.

Nah I kept it trimmed over summers with beard trimmer to skin just havent used a razor. Winter beard gets pretty good in just couple months, 6 and its duck dynasty

I wish I could grow beard. I have the Joe Dirt genes. It just grows in all white trashy. Looks like I have mange.

Lups I know that you will appreciate this. The bitchy co-worker whom I fill in for is out today. I need to send an order over to a supplier and do so but they were unable to open the attachment. This email goes to several people inside our company and theirs. When the recipient of said email replies to all they called me a she....

this is what i do. never fully clean shaven, always with a 5 oclock + shadow type look.

ive grown a thick beard out before, but after a month or so im over it.

i shower every morning (never understood the guys who take showers at night tbh), use a neutrogena face wash (got it when i had some acne, kept it for the grapefruit scent), and the blue tres semme shampoo and thats it, sometimes i'll use a body wash and a loofah but that's if i have time.

other than that i cant think of much, other than a wide variety of cologne; used to have products for my hair but after realizing none can hold up to the wind we have here i gave up

for teeth im using curaprox's charcoal toothpaste (worked wonders especially after quitting smoking), and listerine white every morning...

I do two showers daily. This is based around a few different things but mostly work conditions and sex. There are only 5 nights a month that I don't have sex and I work 5-6 days week in a very acidic/toxic environment. I shower in the morning to wash the night before off me and get be clean before I go out of the house and I shower at night to wash the day off me before getting in bed with the girlfriend so I'm fresh and clean. Showering at night is a must as my work environment leaves an odor on me; if I'm not working my 9-5, I'm detailing cars, installing low-voltage/camera systems or working on my house - all require a shower after.

My grooming habits were pretty simple when I was younger but I've found that age requires more effort - hair in places it wasn't before and whatnot.
