RBR rear wing configs with Checo and Max, Max going for the lower drag coefficient but that means his DRS won't work quite as well as Checo's in the DRS zones.

To be clear, my comment was not that anyone could not do better, I don't think they'd be so close to Max that it would make difference. Sure, they'd do better but not so much that they'd be challenging Max.

Lec, Alo, Nor, & Ham might be only be 15-20 seconds behind instead of 30.

Gas was miles behind Max at RB and Max has gotten considerably better whereas Gas only marginally so.

Also Bot is absolutely terrible and Rus is another overhyped, entitled ass...I wonder where he gets it from?

GAS and even Albon have gotten much better with age and experience.

This year Russel Boy isn't living up to the hype.

BOT was always solid behind hammy.

I'd still take ALL of the listed drivers over Perez!!!

I don't think any would give Max heartburn - his development as a driver (and still has much more to go) from an ability and talent standpoint is much more sound than ANY we have ever seen at his age. Beyond that, he is at one with the team and Newey and can max that car out with ease. The others would have so much pressure, and we all know how Ham for example is under pressure...'whoops my team didnt tell me where to put the brake magic!" or the fact that in wheel to wheel racing has some of the highest contact rates in F1 when doing so...Rus is the same and Lec is a headcase who is great on a single lap but can't put it together in a full race.

To me, those guys going to RB is like when a top athlete goes to the Yankees after being so great for another team and then completely failing under the immense pressure, fandom, and bright lights.
