In FP1 ,a piece of MAX's floor broke into 2 pieces . And his HONDA PU sounded terrible and lost power.
And his FP1 was over ...

Mercedes’ Austin upgrade clearly is a step backwards. 2 weeks and 3 spin outs. Time to revert back and just ride out the rest of the season.

Not the best practice sessions for Max with the technical problems.
Lets hope that he can put down some serious laps tomorrow in fp3 to get the car in the optimal window to race Lando
