Well I don't know about bye bye Ruskies since it was not an elimination round, and we only won by shootout, but it was a hell of a game to watch. To beat them on home ice was awesome. And Ohbitchan was ineffective (and I'm a Caps fan BTW).

Was an intense game, to say the least. I really thought we lost it before they called that last goal a washout (anyone know if it was truly called because the net was off the mooring?). Regardless, glad we ended up taking the win, even though it was shot 8 in the shoot out. Hopefully it builds more moral and US keeps pushing.

Who here is sore that Canada won over US in men's hockey yesterday?

I heard that #FuckCanada on twitter caught a bandwagon.

IMO it was a friendly/fair matchup and the best team won.... So why the bad sportsmanship from Americans?
