Ah, congratulations! You'll definitely like this area. It gets really quiet at night, since this is really the only residential building in the area. Also, it doesn't hurt that there's a nice buffer between here and "real" southie (ie, there's a state police station directly south of our buildings).

Who did you talk to from management? Sarah, Lauren, Emily?
