Not this summer! I leave for Australia in a week to finish up an album and when I get back- I'm taking a months vacation from anything music related to enjoy the new ride since it'll be here

It's just like any other city. People just attribute Seattle to be a hipster central because of the stereotype coffee gives us, gloomy weather and cult rock bands/artist nirvana, pearl jam and of course jimi Hendrix

Two different ways- they have electronic readers (I don't trust those) that you squeeze as hard as you can and it reads back your supposed info (most gyms have these) or you can do it manually by using calipers (what I use)

If you're doing eye tests- full set of abdominals/obliques start showing at sub 10%. The lower you go, the more vascular you appear as well.
