Let's see if I can try and steer this thread someplace positive.

Ladies: Biorin bimmette Sara504 (if you're there, Sara. I see you on Snapchat. ) Lups

Do any of you particularly enjoy cooking? If so, what are your favorite dishes to prepare? I've recently taken on some additional recipes and developed my culinary skills a bit in conjunction with my weight training routines, and would like to hear what some of you think.

I was. Seems pretty effortless for Phil to not be a douche during his time of reflection.

If any of you answer yes, will you marry me? Seems to be a hard skill to find in women these day. Bitches out there be earning a $40k salary and they think you're going to hire a personal chef/take them out for $200+ dinners regularly.

Mothafucka!

In all seriousness, I think it's interesting to hear takes on stuff like this. I'm sure there are some great ones that remain, possibly even here. Tara is quite the DIY, Anna is pretty hardcore in all aspects, and Biorin probably invented a few ingredients. Sara is...just Sara. She's probably got some secret talents.

My bad bro! It's a real life issue though! Haha

I'm interested to hear the responses too.

In order of who cooks most.... i'd guess.

Sara / Anna tie for cooking the most.

Tara / Biorin tie for cooking the least.

Cooking most or least often has nothing to do with ability or desire to cook though.

I start my morning by making bread rolls daily for breakfast, and I usually make both lunch and a dinner from scratch. My mother tried to kill me with her cooking, so when I moved out, all I knew was how to not do it.

Cooking is my biggest hobby. I love the way different ingredients work together and when ever I have the time, I try to learn something new. Now I'm apparently obsessed with pasta, making the noodles (or what ever they are called in english, in Finnish noodles are rice based) for different sauces from scratch. My kids have enjoyed these last few days since baking is a wonderful way to humiliate me.

Taking me to a restaurant is not a good idea. I love a good burger but it mainly irritates me to eat mediocre food for a cost I could feed an army with. In the usa the hormones in the food is also a problem since I swear to god I could taste them in meats.

As for your generous proposal:

I'm sadly mildly taken. Hubby has to go to the gym 5 times a week to keep the calories burned and in my house even the kids enjoy veggies and they get mad if they are served mac and cheese shits. And if you only knew how much more a gallon of our milk there was than petrol, you'd realize how much better choice a 200 dollar dinner at times is.

Lups noodles from scratch, is that so? Quite an interesting phenomenon, that action. About how long does the process take? I assume you have to knead and stretch the dough, among other things. I'm not too familiar with the process.

Two days of rain. We had time.

If you tell a boy the dough is zombie brains, he will stretch it forever. It took abt two hours from him to do his 1/5, I did mine in 20 minutes. All I can say is that my recipe was a download from internet and I am not completely happy with that.

Also my pasta machine is a thing of beauty. All new and shiny and beautiful (my mother bought it in 1992, used it once) but sadly the manual was destroyed in every other language than english, and a 15 minute boiling time kinda made me to stop reading it. England: They know how to destroy cultures also in the kitchen.

All in all I have to say the attempt to make fettucine's ended when I realized my dough was too light for those, but when I made the rest to plates, and filled the squares with herbs, lamb and this light cheese and peppar, I got an approving nod from a kid.

"the texture of the noodle was rougher. Filling was cool. Try again."

And, for dinner I did. We won't need to adress the fact that this will be a 20min job when I have it down, but now it's 2 hours and a fuck metric ton of time to find stuff from the grocery store.

Today I did a dough in 10 minutes. Jei

I enjoy cooking, but rarely have the time. I do love to bake, and I like trying to create slightly healthier variants of things, as most American recipes are way too sweet for my palate. I am apparently quite good at making marinades. Overall, my cooking tends to involve the Holy Trinity: onion, garlic, and butter.

Lol, I love to eat well too, but I like the ingredients to be healthy and delicious.

And I married a man who ate while he was single and a student (and not joking) a thing that had only salt, macaroni and tuna/ minced meat in it. He called ketchup sauce.

I ended up as the most hated woman in the irc by ending up in irc quotes after finding this out and sadly a few women took an offence of my no bad food to plates policy.

When my dear community of hate filled women realized we got married, our mailbox was filled with divorce papers. I didn't mind, I hated the thought of bad food more than the haters.

That's excellent! Good to see that the improvisation and trials ended up working out in your favor, eventually. I would like to try something of that degree with whole wheat flour varieties, as I try to keep my starches to a minimum.

And nothing wrong with online recipes; they serve an adequate canvas for you to derive your own creations. I'm sure you are no longer in need of them after those bouts.

Mmmmm zombie brains.

I'm sure you're a busy lady. And I'd agree with you on that! I actually found some pretty innovative recipes for soft baked chocolate chip cookies and a funfetti-cake alternative using protein powders and brown sugar instead of the standardized ingredients. Garlic is absolutely fantastic, I use it for sautéing vegetables and [some] marinades.

Can you bake cheesecake?

God we were made to be.

I make time by sleeping too little. I enjoy it and it's great for the kids since cutting things teaches motoric skills.

See, I don't buy stuff made with child labor but I use it at home.

I love to sleep - we are the perfect complement. Just feed me lots of goat cheese, and I'll buy you some shit from Wyoming. Send me your address, btw.

Fair enough. Your diet seems to consist mainly of BMW's and aftermarket parts, which is just as well. You cook those up quite well.
