of our teammates who made E-5. The booze was Orange flavored Vodka
and Strawberry flavored Vodka. A PFC took a liking to the Koolaid; his first

A GI in my first unit that got totally obliterated like that. His buddies just tossed him on his bunk. He ended up drowning in his own vomit. Then a couple years later when I was back in the same unit, a 150lb kid drank a whole bottle of Bacardi 151. He ended up in the hospital with alcohol poisoning. The GI in your story was lucky only his ego got hurt.
