The best is relative, it can be food trucks, a mom and pop restaurant or fine dining. When I lived in Atlanta, I dined at Bacchanalia twice and it was impressive. They have since moved to a new location and I haven't been there but hope to in the future.

Del Friscos in Midtown New York on one of my visits and felt like a robber baron eating here.
Ambience, Rib Eye , creamed spinach, lobster bisque, lemon cake, and choice Malbec. |

I think probably I'm not as cultured as many of the folk around here, so I'll just say that if I could choose anywhere to eat it'd be Il Vicino, which is wood oven pizza. My wife and I regularly made the 150 mile trek to St. Louis to indulge ourselves.
