RWD makes a league of it's own. How I'd hate to go back to FWD no matter how "hot" it would be! 4WD (/AWD - whatever difference that makes ) are of no interest either (although I never tried) - FWD is implied there.

Agree and really sad. 6cyl RWD was the unique selling point.
But perhaps this is just the lst generation of petrol driven hot hatches

Agree, this move just put them in the same niche which has plenty to choose from. The RWD behaviour was the thing that set them apart.
