I have a 2009 BMW 530i and need to put rims on it. What are some good brands for BMWs that compliment the car?

A E60 530d M Sport...

Hi, Neil from Darwen here.. been in Vauxhall land for years and have now taken the plunge in BM land...

I've just put a deposit on the above car.. 08 plate, 48k miles and coming from Approved BMW..

Glad of the warranty in case anything goes wrong (swirl flaps..eeek) the only thing I need to sort out is an ipod connector...

So hi again..and expect questions....

Hi. I created my login a long time ago and just forgot to post. I'm back and new again now. Looking forward to contributing and reading about the 5 series. I had a 2004 530i which has been replaced by an 06 M5. We also own the most beloved e39 530i.

New member to this forum. I picked up my black/black '08 535xi just 2 weeks ago. I was cross shopping a 550i and found the 535 much nicer/easier to live with as a daily driver. Now after reading through these and other forums I find out we can bump the hp north of 400 with a relatively simple tune. Who knew?!? Not sure I want to get too extreme with tuning, maybe just a dci system. I love my car!

I am new to this forum, and I bought a 2003 545i from the Japanese Auction left hand drive.
I was just wondering though if there were any Workshop Manual available for the model I have from my fellow members.

Hi. Newly returned to the BMW family. I have always loved wagons and had a 2000 325 wagon.
Sold my heavily modded Jeep and purchased a 2008 535iX wagon with 41k miles.
few quick questions:
1 anyone run squared 245/40/19s on an AWD platform, and what offset works
2 Anyone put a tow hitch on their wagon? I would like to be able to carry my 4 bikes and MAYBE tow a very light trailer with 1 motorcycle on it
3 Any aftermarket cupholders?

1 LED angel eye upgrade
2 COBB tuner
3 19" mesh wheels
4 hitch
5 M5 front bumper
6 rear diffuser
7 DONE

hoping to get all this done by next spring. I'll probably get it re-clearcoated when the bumper gets painted.

I have a 2010 550i M Sport with paddle shifters. My left paddle does not shift the car into a lower gear, but the right paddle shifts it into a higher gear. Is this normal, or is the left paddle not operating as it should. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi I drove over a bump and got a error regarding air bags and restraint system. I got this cleared by a BMW dealer but a couple of months later the same thing happened again. I would like to reset the ecu to clear the errors without having to go to a dealer. Does anyone know how?

I am going to probably purchase a 550i in the near future...in a week or two. I have a couple of questions. What sort of issues have come up with the E60 550? Has anyone heard of major issues with the F10 550?

I think I settled on an E60...I like the look of them better and I feel more comfortable with a NA motor. If I had the turbo, that would lead to modding it.
