Noise canceling is a game changer. Won't go back.

Just got the Jaybird Freedom Wireless today. So far they feel great and the sound is brilliant. Haven't hit the gym with them yet, but I have good faith in them.

You are going to love these. I picked up a pair of them during the holidays when Best Buy had them on sale for $99. Starting to like them more than my Beats Wireless.

I'm using my Alclair audio custom molded in ear monitors because they rock! They cancel noise, fit perfect, and the sound quality is unbeatable. Yes there expensive but they're worth every penny.

Still need to figure out what method works best for cable management. I have the two little cable discs now, not the clasp, that looks uncomfortable... |

If you use the clasp, do you not use the discs? |

I had the Beats Tour 2's and they were descent. After they broke I wanted to get headphones that would take more gym abuse (Lifting Chalk on them, Water spills, them getting thrown around). Basically something more durable that I wouldn't have to worry about them breaking. I ended up ordering some Aukey wireless headphones off amazon. I spent around $40 with shipping and could not be happier. They sound great, and they take a beating.

I have been using these headphones for about 4 years now and still love them. With the discs there is no bouncing of the cord and it fits tight enough you can set it and forget it. My first pair stopped working (from sweat I think) about 2.5 years after buying them and after contacting Jaybird they sent me a replacement for free even thought they were well out of warranty. Highly recommend this brand.

Bose quiet comfort 35. Like the noise cancelation but I wouldn't use it for something like deadlifts as they don't fit tight enough around my head and can slip off. Sound quality is superb though.

JVC ones that go over your head, I find earbud ones just fall out as soon as I start doing any kind of exercise. I don't spent a lot of money on headphones as I'm not particularly fussy about amazing sound quality or things like that.

I had the Powerbeats, but I like those more for actual running.
Had the solos, but honestly the studio beats wireless are the best, especially when the beat drop when I'm listening to ASAP mob. And it's noise cancellation so I don't get distracted from side noise. |

I've got a pair of MDR1000x by Sony, but will most likely return them soon and order the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC when they become available. I haven't tested the Sony for lifting, but I just don't feel that they are meant to be taken into the gym, although their active noice cancellation and touch functions are pretty neat .

My friend uses the affordable noise isolating headphones that operate on bluetooth. They provide a good fit and comfort. He uses them in the gym and also while travelling since they restrict the external noises. You can check this website for details.
