I don't know about it being a girlie car. I have only seen a few girls driving an E92 in my area. Don't let it get to you. I could care less if a girl told me my 330i is a girlie car. I'll just agree as I smack her ass and bend her over for round two of the jackhammer!

What you have to ask yourself is do you feel confident enough to wear a pink shirt? If so, who cares whether a 335 is a girl's car or not. If it is, what's a 328 or 325 then? In the real world, it takes real earnings to put the 335 in the garage. There are even real men who drive 325's. Most girls don't earn the avg. coyne needed to do so. Of course, many do. Just not the ones who make statements questioning the OP's sexuality.

Do agree with the girlfriend. IMO BMW is appealing to a laid-back softer side.. Atlantic Blue Metallic, Blue Water Metallic, Platinum Bronze Metallic, Tasman Green Metallic, Barbera Red Metallic coupled with Cream Beige Dakota Leather and you have sweet color combinations seen at department store cosmetic counters. Any time I see a hot babe driving an E92 with Cream Beige Dakota Leather it's a good fit... BTW both of our bimmers have black interiors.

You are correct. I never liked the E92 on the dealers lot.

After a few mods, I regret not getting the coupe. My previous car was a e46 coupe but i could get over the ugly ass back end when i was shopping at the dealer. I i had known about this website before purchasing i would have bought the E92 and modded the back end: csl bootlid, m-tech etc......

I think her vision of 'girly' is way out of wack! She probably has seen way too many tool-bags wearing Ed Hardy t-shirts and driving a F350 Super Duty, lifted w/ duallys, and thinks equates to masculinity. (No offence to anyone on this forum, you’ve at least redeemed yourself by owning a Bimmer). Honestly, I know a couple of girls like that, but fuck-it, I know more that’d rather give it up for someone driving a bimmer then a ford. PLUS, In the professional world, would you rather show up at a meeting driving your Diesel, lifted F350 or in your 335i?
