I suffer from this disaster, and the only thing you can really do to remove this condition is get yourself to an ideal weight, then opt for surgery. Perhaps you would need even multiple surgeries for loose skin, removal of breast tissue and a breast life. You must not expose yourself or consume alcohol (especially beer because the hops in beer produce estrogen; chamomile, marijuana, tea tree oil, lavender oil,soy products especially GMO soy products, just to name a few.

It's the breast tissue that generally has to be removed or you may likely have a predisposition to fat being store around your chest.

This is a pretty common side effect of androgenic steroid abuse. You don't have to confirm or deny whether you take them, but just so you know.
