VIP valet parking - Is this a thing now?

Haha I actually saw this in Manhattan Beach. Had a guy that stood there and blocked off certain spots. You would pay him and then he would walk you to the spot. It was really weird. I got out of the line and found a garage 2 blocks down.

Nothing like that over here and no one in their right mind would hand over their Bm keys to a stranger at car park.

Just another way to fleece people and make self-important people feel more self-important. Throwing the keys of their leased Benz to a teenager so they can go eat mediocre food and fill time.
