Yea- It is technically illegal to pump your own gas in NJ. Almost all gas stations let you fuel yourself if you take the initiative. Really only the NJ Turnpike (Interstate 95) rest stops outright ban you from taking the reigns. I notice how inconvenient it is to buy fuel out of state when choosing to pay cash... It sucks to have to go inside and guess how much it will take to fill up. I guess I'm just not used to the DIY process.

Yeah, if the card reader at the pump is broken, I must admit that it becomes a guessing game unless I’m flat on empty, then I can do a little mental math and get in the ballpark.

My Blue Cross plan has me pay 5% off the detuctible. Didn't think a grand out of pocket (well, plus the $250 deduct on the emergency visit) was too bad. I only pay about $60 a month for my whole family in our corporate benefits. Prescriptions covered too

Guess I have one of those Cadillac plans Obama talked about

True story, the day before I signed the deal on the Panigale I was going to go and pick up a HP4 Competition. The deal was almost done but I went and test rode the Duc and the rest is history.
