See, I'm super tall and weigh 240#. One weight training session with the same amount of intensity as a 5'10" 175# guy burns far more calories in me than it does him. Yet for some reason, I require about the same amount of calories as a 5'10" 175# to put on size. So I technically am getting cardio in by burning way more calories than that guy. Oh, and whatever calories I go over will usually bloat me, but I won't put on fat...ill just poop it out. I stay away from pizza and cheesecake because I'll walk into the gym the next day looking like a moist sponge

Indian genetics. We weren't designed for weight training, bulking, etc.
