Another year another shark exit. I like watching figure skating in the Olympics but it just doesn't work in the playoffs. The nice weather in San Jose turns the players into a bunch of softies. Few players out with concussions and nobody retaliates?

I didn't realize how many dirty players fill the Blues roster. Too bad that won't work against the Bruins.

Tonight will be about better controlling their emotion and being more disciplined... that being said, they still need to come out and pound the soft Bruins. Bunch of little bastards.

When you posted this I thought - pot meet kettle. Bruins are so dirty (especially rat). But I watched the game last night with an open mind. My new conclusion - the two dirtiest teams made the Cup finals.

Blues were doing a lot of dirty hits plays for sure.

There seemed to be a LOT of wild collisions, where players went spinning off on crazy tangential lines, arms/legs spinning. Not the normal bone-crunch then back at it kind of hits.

Some amazing saves AFTER that first period.

I just saw a video on FB that had a scrap in the defensive end, then defender chases down the attacker in his end and leaves his feet/LAUNCHES to make a hit. Do we not have charging penalties any longer?
