Looking at apartments for rent I'm realizing I have 0 clue on how to budget.

And that it's cheaper to live in Chicago than the suburbs.
And that it's hard to find a place that has laundry in unit.

Am I asking too much when wanting a place under $1200 that has laundry in unit in a place that's an hour away from downtown?

Thanks, but these both are in the city. I'm in the suburbs and I'm not keen on having a 1h commute to be in the office at 7.30am

These prices are unheard of out here, the place I can get for $895 doesn't even have AC, it has the old school furnace/water based heating and no cooling

This is my last internet site I'm involved in by choice...had some Reddits, sports boards, killed Instagram 2 years ago, Twitter last year, other message boards...we stopped ordering from Amazon, and FB gone. I suspect when the admins change or delete my posts again, I'll jump from here. (I ran a few internet sites before, so was heavy) and now...quiet.

So it was a nice morning and I had a clean car on my hands. I knew what to do.

Took the car on the highway and of course the crossover in front of me hits their washers and splatters my windshield. So I accelerate, pass, get in front...and hit my own washers.

Petty, pointless, passive aggressive, and cutting off my nose to spite my face...but extremely enjoyable
