Well, I'm buying a new brand while I still have some from my previous inventory. In this case, I still have some Oscar Meyer Angus left, but bought some Nathan's to compare. The Nathan's is so underwhelming I might not make it through. It's really sad because the dogs you find at the original Nathan's in Coney Island are so much better. I wish they offered the same dogs in the supermarket.
When a dog loses I'm not buying them any longer.

Between these two, the winner was the Oscar Meyer Angus. Keep in mind the Hebrew National tied with the Oscar Meyer Angus last time.

No pics but lunch today was side south west side salad with cilantro lime dressing and grilled chicken, marinated in Italian dressing with lemon. Tasty!

Dinner will consist of a protein shake after achieving hypertrophy on biceps and back.

No.....ass. Middle school. Sorry for the delayed response, I was forced to take a nap after my morning snack and recess.

At 42, I'm 30 pounds lighter than I was in high school. I'm down from 211 in November and I'm 5' 9". The goal isn't to be huge; it's to be comfortable, ripped and low body fat percentage. I'm going the long difficult road - lose the body fat first, then build muscle after. I'd rather be small and defined than just big. I've gone from wearing 38" waist pants in November, to wearing 32's now. If I don't wear a belt, they won't stay up. I'm probably a 29" waist at this point. Currently working on finishing out the 6 pack; should be about another month at the rate I'm going. From someone whose belly hang over my belt just a few months ago, I'm pretty happy at 145. The goal is to be around 160-165 and somewhere between 10-12% body fat by January.

It's not the hot dogs, it's the rollers they cook the dogs on in Coney Island. They've been seasoned for years and years. Nothing beats getting one from the source, cooked just right so when you bite into it, it squirts back at you.

True story - a friend of my dad loved the hot dogs you got from the guys on the street in the carts. It drove him crazy that when he made hot dogs home they never tasted the same. So he went out and bought a hot dog cart and put it in his back yard. Of course, they still didn't taste the same. He was so mad.
