Didn’t like anything I saw at my local store (grocery has liquor in this state) so I figured I’d see what the hoopla was about with this little guy. Not my favorite at the sub $50 mark.

Couple different bottles over Christmas.

Pick up the XR for the ole man, but didn't get a chance to try it. Macallan 15yr was sublime. Oban was very Smoky but very good, that was a gift from the fiancé. Got my brother the glenmorangie 10yr and whistle pig. Definitely had quite a few to sample from![IMG][/IMG]

For Christmas the spousal unit received a bottle of clase azul that was actually full. I'm doing my best to allow her to make more lamps.

Pulled down some WP that had been getting dusty in the bunker and mixed up an Old Fashioned. Added a couple dirty black cherries.

W12 at Barnsley Resort. Quick road trip from Nashville. If ur in the area and not been I highly recommend...just a super chill spot to go w/ the fam & recharge the batteries.

Nice! I went with an Old Fashioned last night as well. I just used Buffalo Trace though.

The D'usse was actually pretty flavorful. Smaller bottle, but all gone before we left. About 1/3 of the XO was left at the cabin, I doubt my brothers will bother with it.
