Yeah, I'm going again starting next week. 2nd time around. It's a great way to make a winter fly by.

29 Days in with my complete diet.
10 Days in with my pre-contest diet
10 Days in with P90x

I dropped a full pants size.

One advice I can give. I dont care what energy booster drink or pill your taking or what song motivates you or how happy you... NEVER stop during P90X. Always move around, because when you stop your body gives in and shuts down and you get lazy. Keep jumping!!!!!!!!!1

If anyone is curious, Im doing P90X, Up hill Sprints, and LA Fitness everyday. non stop

just remember the body needs at least a day of kicking back.

I'll be running the Baker 2 Vegas run for my department in April, so now I'm kinda forced to stick with it. I'll be substituting cardio with running every other week. Really hoping I can stay motivated this time.

daym good shit Spool and Vladdy! well i'm starting back on P90X today. as you can see previously in this thread...i got through one full month before getting sick and falling off the program, but in that time i had lost about 12lbs...which is a lot for me considering i'm not really overweight...just trying to cut up. the program definitely works if you stick with it...and like Spool said...when you feel like you can't go on just keep kicking/moving around!!

picking this up later this week. I will take some progress pics. It will be interesting to see the results as I am naturally a slim guy. Will have to do more weight and a higher caloric diet I'm guessing

wow duk very impressive. That's where I want to be at some day.

I had a couple questions for the pros:

I'm 5'8 at 135 lbs. I want to gain at least 15 lbs of muscle/ fat and lose my stomach. I feel that I am too skinny. I just finished my first day of P90X Classic, finished the chest & back but at 6:24 min left with ab ribber X, my body gave out...

Would you guys recommend the classic version to gain muscle mass? I found this online:

http://www.extremely-fit.com/fitness...cle-mass-p90x/

It includes a whole new workout guide that will guide you through the weeks.

I'm taking BSN True mass weight gainer as it worked in the past for me when I was avidly going to the gym. Now I want to try something new as I noticed I hit a plateu at the gym. I can motivate myself to finish P90X but I really don't want to drop in waist size lol. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced!

Put it this way, the less shit you put into your body the longer your ganna be healthier and YOUR RESULTS WILL LAST. Ask anyone here who took creatine and what they look like now?

Its sounds easy and it is easy. Not hard at all, just eat clean food but alot of it. Eat every 2 hours for gaining. I can even make a diet for you.

It all comes down to TIME. The reason why ppl fuck up and rush into this is because they feel they are running out of time? How old are you? If you wanna do it the right way and have longer results, do it clean and natural.

I never understand why people put all that crap in their body...at least that's my opinion.
