I've been to Oahu before Maui. Thought Oahu was more commercialized than Maui. To each his own I guess. I did enjoy Oahu especially the north side. I always seem to go back to Maui. Heard from some friends that kaui was very lush and more of how Hawaii should feel like but most of them said that they get bored in 5 days or less. But seriously, not gonna argue or compare Hawaiian islands. Your in Hawaii! How can you not be excited. Each of the islands has its pos and neg. I'll be happy in whatever tropical island I'm visiting.

Never understood how people get bored in these places. When I go away, I want to go the fuck away. Give me a couple of restaurants and a liquor store and I am perfectly content to punch out of civilization for a few weeks. Give me a strip of sand and some palms trees and I'm a happy man. No night clubs needed.

I love traveling! Been all over the world including all continents except Antarctica (on my bucket list).

Currently in Lebanon visiting my parents and friends for the summer, then off to France for a little while and then back home to 110 Fahrenheit reality.

Hi KofJ

If I recall correctly, it was your posts of T&C that sealed the deal.
We're staying at Tuscany. According to the Internets, this is the top place there right now.

This will be our first time. I have 2 small kids (ages 6 and 3). Any suggestions you recommend?

Aside: I'm thinking of getting a watch(es) there (thinking Rollie for wifey and I), because of the taxation, are they lower priced than that of USA/Canada?

Anacoana and Lemon are very good restaurants. Lemon is in a development a little bit inland but Anacoana is at the Grace Bay Club and you can walk there along the beach. You have great placement for titty-spotting from your hotel. The Club Med out there is 18+ so there is fine tail walking all over the place and you will be right next door.

I'm guessing those people who do get bored are probably more apt to be single people, and are looking for those night clubs to meet other single people.
