lol Thats about as much as I can do now.

fell off for a few months. Used to be able to bench 50lbs over my weight.

As long as can remember I've been told to never judge someones strength by their bench, but on their pull ups. When someone asks how much you can bench, ask them how many pullups they can do.

More than likely very few, or none at all.

I can bench 1.5X my weight and do 20 pull ups on a regular basis before i sleep and when i wake...if i really try and push myself to the point where i shit my pants, i could do 30 pull ups...that's not a lot, but certainly not too "few"
