Such a tragic loss...I grew up following Ken Block's career and was a bit obsessed with DC Shoe Co. back in the day. I still have one of his rally hoodies from when he was sponsored by Subaru, that thing has to be more than 15 years old now.

I asked my wife if she remembers Ken Block, she asked if there was a new episode from his videos… I said he passed away. Hit us hard at dinner. A father who does what he loves with his daughter. Life is too short sometimes.

Ken Block kindly did my cell phone voicemail for me when I met him at a rally race here in Missouri.

If you call me and it goes to voicemail you hear Ken say

"Hey this is Ken Block and you've reached Joe, he is not available now leave a message after the beep!"

Super chill dude, one of the few celebrity deaths that hit me in the feels. RIP Ken.
