He may not be familiar with what boot shorts are. Women in over there dress pretty conservatively.

So..yup..Hi!

Looking forward to spirited discourse.

Nah, no rooting. Only tooting, know what I mean!?

(Attempt at American humor)
I went to school with some guys from Mumbia. They would constantly bicker and argue with the guys from New Delhi about which cricket team was the best. Then they would all shit on the guy from Pakistan lol. Hell of a crew we had!

Get some experience (assuming you are in a form of engineering) and switch. Plenty of competitors to Rockwell Collins in more pleasureable areas of the country. How about San Diego area, wealth of engineering opportunities over there and probably more similar to your home climate.

I'm going to be that guy and say I LOVE all Curry - Indian, Thai, West Indian...and west Indian is best.

I'm biased though.

I hate Stephen Curry though, over rated as hell, no defense jacks up threes
He's in for a very rude awakening when the Spurs put Leonard on him for 48 minutes

I work with some Indian guys that are pretty brand new to the states and pretty much know nothing about American culture. They love it. I took a few of them out for drinks and at first the couple of bud lights they ordered, they drank with a straw.

I'm like WTf guys - so I was told that some places the bottles are not cleaned properly. So to avoid getting sick, they drink with a straw. Was odd but I convinced them it is ok here. lol

Now they want to plan a trip to Vegas since they saw the first Hangover

Lol lol. Tell them to try other food too. It doesn't HAVE to have curry, roti, goat, and rice to be a meal.

I tried man. They all bring their food that their wives or that they cook themselves every day. They seem to be interested in this taco joint that's near by but never commit to going.

This one guy brings something that has a very strong smell. Some people complain and others are like "OMG that's making me so hungry"... to me it smells like pancakes lol

Rockwell Collins is Ceadr Rapids ? I know that place, visited it years ago when I was involved in avionics - but heck that was 1985ish ? And was just starting out with my first job. Ask to get transferred to one of the RC locations in SoCal...err pretty sure they have some or affiliates in and around SoCal. If recall correctly our team was doing work on the then very contreversial B1-B. Which is now of course still used, but not for its intended purpose (ground skimming bomb delivery (nukes)) - nah, now it just coughs up JDAM's to ISIS and other enemy target packages.

Sorry everyone for the likely boring history sidebar - just had LOTS of coffee
