A result of this thread was that I asked a moderator go in and reinstate the ORIGINAL post. Post is here - https://g30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2003543 It has not been modified by me since August when updated "sold" - the time stamp remains the same - but the moderator just put the original content back in today, thankfully. Apparently I misspoke in the email, but the fact remains, the original post stated : "The wheels have been refinished / repaired at some point " Recapping with another TLDR: Original post stated "repaired / refinished", Michael wanted to return shortly after delivery, I approved return no problem, Michael refused to pay return shipping. He kept the wheels and drove on them for months, hit a pothole / road debris etc in Chicago winter months, and now seeking compensation. |

Creative and hilarious since the link you added (that you clearly updated) is not even the correct original post. I didn’t purchase them until 9/1. Your linked post you claim was sold on 8/29.
I’m not sure I understand the angle here. First in an email you claim they were never repaired. Then you claim I damaged them even though I provided evidence that they were damaged before I ever put them on the car. Then you tell me to ‘drive on them’ so I did as you asked. And they proved to be damaged. Now you are claiming you originally said they were ‘repaired’ And you think it’s reasonable to ask the buyer to cover your shipping costs? If you’re such a good seller on this forum with a great reputation you’d do the right thing and take them back and issue a full refund, that’s what any legit seller would do. You’ve got my email and phone number, feel free to reach out, we get it resolved and get on with life. |

You both are problems. I wouldn’t want to buy from or sell to either of you….
