The article I read, he did not say his parent did not give permission, his statement was the "his guardants at the time" did not give any permission and he also stated they breach the agreement at the time not to show any private parts. These two statement together go against his claim there was no agreement or consent. He can not claim to have an agreement on hand and then say no consent was given an agree imply consent.

We all know what this is about, this kids is planning something and it is getting his name back in the news cycle.

If this was illegal or peddling in kiddy porn it would have been shut down 30 yrs ago. The law allows for artistic expression of a naked body. Parents are even allowed to take birthday suit pictures of their kids up to certain point before it is deem is unacceptable.

I like how is also claimed because of the photo he claims to been forced into commercial sex acts, is he saying they pimped him out and made money off him doing sex act at some point.

Was thinking of the irony here. Naked kid with nothing, photographed as a baby, indicating that he is swimming toward a dollar. Now a grown man, with nothing, completely disgracing rock history.....for a dollar.

I read elsewhere today, someone mentioned to pay him off, then re-release the album with his image scrubbed from the artwork. Pay him off and remove him from rock history.

I’m sure there is a statute of limitations or statute of repose problem with this. He can’t just sit on his rights for that long and do nothing. He might’ve had a case when he turned 18, but he’s long past that now.

To be fair, even though his parent's consented for him he never really had any say. Obviously it's years down the road and it's probably impossible that anyone would recognize him. If I were in his position I would be a little chuffed at my parents doing that, not sure suing the Nirvana estate is going to really do any good. I guess if his parents were paid $100 at the time he could argue that he deserves some sort of compensation. IDK - just a weird situation overall.
