I'm seriously thinking about just walking off. I can go back to school online, make $800 a month from that, and go get some part time gig.
EDIT: my professionalism is keeping me from walking off... |

It sounds like you are generally unhappy with your employment, this isn't about what you originally posted about (in my humble opinion). If you don't like your role/position/duties, you have 100% control over it but as others posted may require you step outside of your "not gonna move" condition or be more aggressive in finding a new job.
Your comment of going back to school is worthy, educate yourself out of the role you're in to find a new one. Either way, it's really up to you to decide your worth and remember, you don't get paid for your time, you get paid for your value. increase your value.

job titles mean nothing imo.
im a project manager but i handle everything from field engineer to superintendent when need to. At previous company i was called regional project manager and handled same stuff. previous previous company title was resident engineer and handled the same stuff. Every company has their own specific job titles and what the people in those positions are supposed to handle. and those BS pay scales you find online are just that, BS Pay scales. You are only going to get paid what the company wants to/has to pay you, not what the internet tells them to.
