When I finally made the decision to start looking I was excited but that lasted about 10 minutes. I realized real quick so much had changed. 18 years is a long time but at least you were able to move within the company.

Our company is small in terms of where I can grow. Almost no options. There are some things going on behind the scenes that I'm just not comfortable with as well. I also found myself getting excited at possibilities of something else. I could actually roll this on the side too if I needed to. I have complete autonomy and so much can be done now from phone or computer.

I can't even imagine. That last part made me laugh. I remember those days. It is very rare to find tenure like that these days.
