38 had low test probably due to other meds I had to take. Got some Test-E. Did pre-cycle test was 438 did 3 weeks of Test-E saw endocrinologist test was 798. Other medications I was taking at the time bother my liver so my liver enzymes were to high for me to continue. Currently sitting on it until I get my enzymes down to normal now that I don't have to take the other medications.
Back in the day with pro-hormones we could get some Hella-drol and Beast-drol easily. Good ole' FDA always beating up on the supplement market because people take too much. Need to lose weight with some OTC then you can always grab some Bronk-Aid or primatene for ECA stack from Walmart. |

I was on Chlomid for a few months to boost fertility after surgery. My T was up to mid 900s from mid 200s. I was beasting in the gym during this period.
Now that Im back off it I have fallen back into the 300s and it’s noticeable for sure. My energy in the gym is way down and the “push” to get through hard lifts is gone. I also lost 25lb during my time on Chlomid due to increased work out and stamina. So now Im considering long term TRT. I am about to turn 39 and worried about long term effects. |

Are there ANY that aren't just something mixed with caffeine? My workouts happen after dinner, it's just the way my life works. I only have caffeine on Wednesday morning when I "cheat" with a real coffee (or 7).
I have an addictive personality, I have to channel it in the right direction. |

Guys, stay away from Tren and anything you take orally. If it's real stuff it'll mess up your liver if taken for long term. I think this other oral stuff that's out there legally now like, M-drive, and similar won't do much to boost T. Just a gimmick playing off this low T craze.
If you're 40ish and really do have low testosterone like in 200-300's, go see a REAL doctor that knows what they're doing and get on a good TRT program. I've been on TRT for about 7 years, my T was initially 219 IIRC. We do the pellets, which are injected once about every 3-4 months. Makes for a nice steady release of T over that time period. I get levels checked at least every 6-12 months, along with a full blood workup. I have to donate blood every few months to make sure my hematocrit doesn't get too high, other than that I haven't had really any side effects. The doctor monitors Estrogen levels too, and we're on an E blocker in a few of those pellets. He likes my T level around 1000 and E nice and low like below 30. The ratio is one of the most important things.

That said, the challenge like all caffeine loaded pre workousts will be keeping yourself from dosing up. I get very addicted to caffeine so have to cycle off it every couple of months for a few weeks. Not sure it really matters and i never go beyond a full serving size but I don't like feeling like I need it to get a good workout. |

Just get some Test E or Test C; 200mg a week and you will feel like a new man. Go with 500mg a week if you want to enter beast mode. But if you are susceptible to clots then avoid any test product. Test can set your cholesterol out of wack, which will increase the likely hood of a clot. If you are going to do it then avoid processed foods, too many simple carbs, and bad fats like the plague.

My endo has me on Clomid 25 mg/day. Total T rose from 300 to over 900. Been on it 6 mths & like u noticed a significant difference. Not all are responders but for those who are Clomid stimulates your body's ability to produce vs replacing as T therapy, hence lifelong commitment. Lot of research out there. May be worth a discussion.

I turned 40 back in March and last year when I had my physical done I told the doctor I had low energy, and he thought I was joking ( I carry decent muscle mass, and he said something to the effect of that I didn't show signs of low T). He finally agreed to do the blood work, and lo and behold my t-levels came back at 345 ng/dl, but still refused to put me on TRT. According to doc I am within the normal range. I work out intensely and have done SL 5x5, and Jim Wendler 5x3x1 for the last 3 years but man do I feel tired all the time. I eat healthy, train hard, and don't smoke or drink and yet feel like an old man.
I am going for my physical in August and I am hoping my doc will finally put me on TRT or I am going to have to do something on my own. Last edited by harris69; 05-14-2018 at 07:57 PM.. |

I called my endo in preparation for an upcoming regular visit. I already had a list in hand of blood tests for diabetes, so she added a few more for the diagnosis (on the testing form) of "fatigue" that includes T level, sex hormone binding factor, and one other I can't remember right now. (SEE, even my memory is fading )
I'm doing the Special Olympics Torch Run in June, so after I get the initial blood tests I'm pounding my Testo Fuel again up until either the run or the endo gives me something different. Then we are doing the Spartan race in August for my oldest son's birthday again, I should be able to make an improvement over last year. |
