Valve Index. I use it mainly for Assetto Corsa and sometimes MSFS though the resolution is pretty low in MSFS to run smoothly. Half Life Alyx is amazing on it. 2080Ti card. You can run Oculus games on it with Revive.

I am using the Oculus Quest and yes I do highly recommend it. The Quest is a standalone virtual reality headset, it does not require any wires or a PC to run, only a high speed internet connection. While the older Oculus Rift is heavier and needs a PC connection, the Quest is very light weight, easy to setup and the quality of the image is outstanding. I find myself using it more and more, my favorite games are Smash Hit and Anshar Online.

I had a HP Reverb G2, but it would just not fit comfortably so I got rid of it.

I had a cv1 rift which worked great, but lacked resolution for really good racing. Recently I picked up a HP reverb g2 and while the display is awesome, getting it to work right has been a nightmare. If it was my first headset I would have given up long ago.

I have a Quest 2 with link cable. It works great, graphics are decent, but it lacks FOV and this is the biggest reason I am considering going with a triple screen instead. I would like some peripheral vision and VR has none.
I also noticed that VR in AC and Dirt Rally doesn't bother me, but Project Cars 3 the driver bounces around too much in the car and it makes VR really uncomfortable. Haven't checked if there is a setting for this.

I have the Reverb G2. I used to have an Oculus Rift S
I use it for a sim rig by DOF, 3+yaw. And a 3090 videocard to drive it. I think we're missing a long time until it's realistic. I'm curious about the 8k and 5k displays that were released. I'll probably upgrade the VR in a year or so |

OG Vive. No longer in production and wouldn't recommend it at this point partially due to the severe screen door effect compared to newer units and partially because both of my base stations have died (and they're $130 each to replace). The Vive has really good tracking, but you don't need it for racing sims.
