You have to pay electronically via your bank. Look at the bottom(or top) of the letter... you should see the Polizia's bank konto info... it should start with IT... and then a bunch(20) of numbers(x's): ITxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xx This is called the IBAN numbers.

Then you must pay. In Germany... the German Polizei only have up to three months to send you the ticket. And they must have your face/profile photo from the side. Good Luck, Dackel PS: The Swiss are the worst. +3 kph over their limit can mean a 140 euro fine! Over 20 kph and they CAN keep your car. As it is now theirs! Don't speed in Switzerland!
