It's not like that's a good thing either. Most people in cities like that are house poor so they have no money. People in those cities aren't rich...they just have huge mortgages and are drowning in debt.

I hear it's grown quite a bit, but something about it seems to dull.
As for Atlanta, I only hear good things as of late. Lot of population growth and development, reasonably affordable, and good weather. I can attest that Seattle weather sucks balls for 8.5 months of the year. |
