How often do you brush your dog? How's the shedding?

Also, what products did you use to aid with repelling fleas/ticks?
Yeah most people think he's around 55-60lbs, not 40ish haha.

We brush him once every couple weeks or so and the shedding is pretty comparable to most short/long hair dogs. I've had goldens, chesapeake's, and rotty's and he doesn't shed any more than they did. His fur is also hypoallergenic which is great because he never smells and his fur is easy to clean up.

Products for flea/tick is just keeping up on his vaccines (we get all of them) and then we use a standard flea/tick prevention (blanking out on the name at the moment).

That is too cool.

So at night, how did you set up camp and keep the dog in it?

Did he want to run out of your sight while walking? How did you get him back?

What prevented him from running after SQUIRREL other critters?

At night we just set up camp as normal and he wandered around on his own. He stuck pretty close to us and was mostly interested in the pile of wood we made for the fire lol. If there was an animal or something I would have told him to come to me and lay down/stay.

Also he slept in the tent at night, was confused at first but settled right in.
