Nice even crisp. Cheese to bread ratio looks good. Marinara sauce for dipping should you choose. You do nice work man.

We went to a food truck that is going to supply our son's b-day birria, to sample the wares. They made me a grilled cheese with birria, and not an insignificant amount! The side au jus was juice from the birria pot!!!

Ssttaahhhppp. I need to work out first and then we can talk about food. Getting such a late start on my day. It's overcast so it makes me LAZY as all hell. I need sunlight. If I wanted doom and gloom, I'd move to Seattle.
