Unfortunately lots of dealers fuck over customers at the end of the deal especially in finance. I had more than one customer come back to my desk at BH BMW because finance changed the deal on them and I'd have to go to the SM or GSM to sort it out. Sometimes buying a car can be a nightmare and it's better to walk away.

Exactly.

My biggest mistake too- and I'll admit, was showing how eager and excited I was for this car. That+ my age- didn't help at all.

Little nuances continued to just build and build and I realized- I either have to accept all their terms , be unhappy/let a hate towards BMW linger for two years, or simply walk away and start from scratch.

Especially after yesterday- it's much, MUCH easier to walk away. And I'll know I'm getting a much better deal from someone who's known here on the forum as the go to "M guy" who's reputation speaks for itself.
