Is she just any woman who happens to practice black magic? I know Carlos claims to be drug free, but maybe I'm not as accomplished at meditation so haven't reached that state of enlightenment.

So THIS! This is a major pet peeve - the ambiguity of stacked nouns following a adjective. Does the adjective modify the FIRST noun or the SECOND noun. C'mon people, clearly we can tighten up the language a tad, no? They should just do what the Germans (and many other languages) do and slam those words together - Blackmagic Woman or Magic Blackwoman (depending on which one you intended).
