Am i the only one who thinks those always end up looking bad?

I do get why breast operations are needed after cancer and so, but therapy would work better for people with these issues in most cases.

Depends on how much $$ you throw at the job, how your body reacts to the implants, above the muscle or below, how large, and so on.... There're some really good examples and equally horrible ones.
