And it will remain a swamp. I've moved on to new endeavors since I'm constantly ignored and put on the back burner. I now do landscaping with the local Mexicans during the week, and selling oranges along the highway on the weekend.

Pffft, no research needed, just gotta hit up Big Nasty on the corner of 8 and mound and ask for Mookie on the east side, then when the blacked out Grand National comes to pick you up the secret words are "Wu Tang, Ooogh Ooogh Ooogh". Then you go pick up the documents. Super easy.

I know how you feel my friend , because I have a chronic sinusitis in the last 5 years and it doesn't matter if it is summer or winter it's always there every single day ,day and night and that really sucks !
I tried everything from the medics , nothing helps and it goes only worse...
Every evening before I go to bed and need to lie down it goes worse , can't breathe through my nose and I need to spray "Xylometazoline" in my nose to clear it.
Personal I think my fucking problem is caused by my insane work stress ..

I saw at least 10 doctors in the last 5 years , few said to me that I need a sinus surgery !
A friend had a sinus surgery for the same problem as I and it didn't helped and I have not the balls to do it..
