^ Congrats! Take lots of pix during the build (pre-drywall) so you can reference where conduit, gas lines, etc... run. I find it quite helpful for later DIY renovations. Also, if it's not too late...get some empty conduit (at least 0.75" dia) run from your junction box to the attic area. Verrrrrry handy for 2nd story electrical additions later.

Your "needs coils" comment is why i won't do it again though. I like to spread it around the car.
