Don't have one, just by feel. Used to be about 4500 a day but can't sustain that level anymore. I mostly looked at protein intake at about 300 grams daily. I'm old and sedentary now so lower.

Makes sense, cutting season is transitioning to bulk in the next 6 months, I have set 3500 for myself. I think it's moderate enough.
