That's literally the worst episode of the entire series.

Also, I thought the ending of Dexter: New Blood was lame. If they somehow came up with a season two, I won't be interested.

And to tranquility, you can't reasonably expect to get a "spoiler warning" for a show that ended nearly a DECADE ago.

I watched it last night. Not at all what I expected, definitely disappointing.

Haven't watched it yet (still on episode 4) but is it at least better than the original series finale? I imagine it has to be as that was absolutely terrible.

I don't know how to answer you without giving something away. Sorry. Hurry up and binge watch, damn it!

I wanna binge but we're watching with friends who are out of town. I've literally texted them that they need to hurry up with their vacation or I'm skipping ahead

See here's the thing, the original was fine to me, it was creative and he did what he had to do. You get the hollywood ending in New Blood and it feels formulaic, so predictable and lame.

Season three of Ricky Gervais' After Life is out today.

I am not a huge fan of his but this show is exceptional and well worth watching.

Unfortunately the eps are short and there are six per season.

Absolute cracker!

I have been watching these crime fiction series on Netflix by some famous writer I had never heard of before - Harlan Coben. They are above average although that's not my favorite genre. They are called Safe, Stay Close, and The Stranger. Safe is with Michael C. Hall (Dexter). They are all very decent detective stories.
What I enjoyed the most recently was the last season of Curb.

I’ll have to check those out. I read a bunch of his books.

I don't think we've seen Stay Close or The Stranger, but Safe was pretty good.

CYE is great. I just recently rewatched all of Seinfeld over the break as well.
