My girl is starting to get a little wobbly. I think her age is showing.

Tart chocolat

Recipe from Bruno Albouze.

Simple and classic chocolate ganache-based tart, with sweet shortcrust pastry.

A bit overcooked because the oven was a little too warm and the tart ring I used was a bit too shallow.

Tasty nonetheless!

Blueberry flan!

Another Bruno Albouze recipe.

Soft, creamy flan with incredible blueberry flavor in tender shortcrust pastry.

On a scale ranging from 1 to 10, the flavor is an 11.

Flan filling with blueberry purée (frozen blueberries, 10% sugar, lemon juice), eggs, heavy cream, butter, corn starch, sugar. Pre-baked shortcrust pastry shell. Topped with fresh blueberries glazed with blueberry jam.
