When I said 500 calories, I was talking about creating a 500 calorie deficit daily, not only eating 500 calories a day. For example if your BMR is 2500 , then you would eat a maximum of 2000 calories a day to create a 500 calorie deficit.

Not bashing your diet, if it works for you and is sustainable (meaning you can make eating this way a lifestyle and not just a "diet") then great. |

yeah litos if its working for you then by all means continue, i just have never heard of a diet like that especially considering it working so well.
Maybe you really did eat like shit before LOL not trying to bash at all. the food you are eating now does look pretty damn bomb though

i dont think you need to worry about losing muscle unless you were lifting before and want to maintain your lifting power. if youre not lifting and getting the right nutrients, then your body will keep enough muscle mass to support your body. cutting fat doesnt help with maintaining muscle. keep your protein intake steady and your muscles will stay healthy. i also dont like the idea of cutting just fat because our bodies need essential fatty acids. There's always something that causes cancer. I used to drink them all the time since water was pretty bland to me. It took me a solid 2 weeks to just get used to drinking water and now I'm ok with it and drink it a lot. I have a berkey water filter thing that filters my tap water and filters out the fluoride too. Makes some tasty water 😛 everything else sucks now |

My favorite zero calorie beverage is soda water sometimes I add lime, or another citrus fruit squeezed in for flavor. Perrier makes some really good flavored ones as well. And they help you feel full if you drink a lot of them.

I drink gallons of the stuff. You can buy the cheap store brand stuff in cans. You can almost trick yourself into thinking you are drinking light beer |

Pretty sure you can buy a machine that just carbonates regular water. My friend has one and he swears by it. Might be worth the $$ if you drink a lot of it.

I don't have any pictures to post, but a decent story. Anyway we are in Orlando celebrating my girls birthday and thought we would hit up a restaurant near the Disney Beach resort. Called a couple places and they are booked...my fiancé checked the yelp app and Shula's popped up as being close, so we called and made some reservations. Headed over to the restaurant which happened to be in the Dolphin resort. My girl is really outgoing and seen a couple fumbling with their camera and she wanted someone to take our picture... So she offered to take their picture if they took ours etc.. I seen they had a takeout bag from Shula's I asked how it was and where it was etc.. So we head off to dinner. Had an awesome meal!! We shared shrimp cocktail, lump crab cake, she had the 20oz prime rip, I had the 20oz NY strip, shared double baked potato & grilled asparagus, and topped off our delicious meal with molten chocolate cake and some cappuccino's. Waiter delivers the check and I give him my card... He comes back a few min later with a manager and says someone picked up our check!!! We couldn't believe it! The manager and waiter were just as shocked as us! Apparently the nice couple we met in the hotel lobby and took pictures with followed us into the restaurant and paid our bill!! Of course we paid it forward to our waiter
Feeling truly blessed! |
