Just wanted to pop in and say ROLL TIDE! And also apologize to Mark Dantonio for what is about to happen. Hate to have to do that to such a good guy and friend of the program

Houston's offense looking good. FSU needs to make a few stops, you can't just keep trading punches with Houston's offense

FSU just ins't all that good. That stated, how do you get your kids up to face Houston, when almost nothing's on the line? We see that from time to time with big-name schools in also-ran bowl games.

As a Houston alum, I am sorry to hear references to useless, no-count bowl games, but am proud of the Cougars anyway Great win

You guys got one heck of a coach in Herman. Milk it for all that you got, bc he's a hot commodity for the next big job in CFB

Houston can beat any team this year. That offense is no joke. Here's some motivation to play this game: don't get embarrassed on National TV. If that doesn't get players motivated, they're not going to win many games period. I don't buy the motivation horseshit. It's just an excuse for losing, same excuse Oklahoma had in 2007 (Boise State) and Bama had in 2009 (Utah) 2016 opener will match up Sooners and Houston, watch out people, Houston will be a force to be reckoned with for the next 2-3 years

I use the term "also-ran" for bowl games not competing for the national championship ... no disrespect intended. Would do the same were Bama in one of them.
... and speaking of Bama, they open up as seven-point favorites against Clemson on 11 Jan. Not crazy about that; would have relished an underdog role, but Bama rarely seems blessed with those. RTR

Gotta put in plug for Stanford and the Rose Bowl ("also ran?") obliteration of Iowa! Yea Cardinal!
Since my sister went to Clemson, I'm rooting for Clemson to take it all... |

Small bowls? Perhaps you should look up Clemson's last 5 bowl wins lol. Just be happy that you can beat us in basketball and excel at imaginary classes. Good job losing to Baylor btw.
